I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel in York and I must say, it exceeded all my high expectations. From the moment I arrived, the local delivery recommendations provided by the staff were incredibly helpful in finding the best places to eat nearby. the ironing facilities in the room were a lifesaver for me as I needed to freshen up some clothes for an event. the heating in the room was perfect, keeping me warm and cozy during my stay. the tea and coffee facilities were well-stocked and I loved being able to unwind in the comfortable sitting area with a hot cup of tea. the free wi-fi in the room was fast and reliable, allowing me to stay connected with ease. the free toiletries provided were of high quality, making me feel pampered and taken care of. the addition of a washing machine and dryer in the room was a pleasant surprise, as I was able to conveniently do some laundry during my stay. the cookware and kitchen utensils provided were top-notch, making it easy for me to prepare some meals in the room. the electric kettle was a nice touch, perfect for making a quick cup of tea or coffee. the flat-screen TV was great for unwinding in the evenings, with plenty of channels to choose from. the carpeted floor added a touch of luxury to the room, making it feel extra comfortable.
